    Group classes include mat-based stretches. Pilates Equipment will also be used. Ideal for toning, strength and resistance

  • Reformer Pilates

    Reformer Pilates class focuses on posture, alignment and strength. With modifications for beginners and more advanced clients.

  • All equipment is supplied unless you prefer to bring your own . All equipment is cleaned after every session . Please ensure you bring a drink.

  • Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing. Grip socks are recommended. Please note: Trainers are not allowed on the MAT so not to damage the equipment.

  • Mat classes are £11 per class block booked in 4 week blocks - £44 Catchup system available

    Reformer / MAT 1:1 is £55

    2:1 is £35 per person

  • Absolutely. Your sessions will be tailored to your injury and capabilities. A full assessment is given by myself before you begin . I teach a range of clients with different injuries

  • Can’t recommend enough. A very person centred focus on unique problems and ability. Even in a group Claire is able to treat individuals and is supportive, motivating whilst also being empathetic. After a very depressing diagnosis of spinal osteoporosis Claire has given me empowering strengthening routines that have enabled me enormously.

  • Having suffered long-term with back and shoulder issues, my physio recommended that I start regular Pilates classes. I was a little uncomfortable with this as I was used to high-intensity activities and could not see how a session of ‘exercises’ would help my problems. I am now some 8 months into my experience with Claire and can say that my back and core are significantly stronger, and my recovery from sporting activities much quicker! Each session is well structured, but Claire is always aware of each class member’s specific problems/needs, so adaptations can be made on the spot. As yes, we have some fun at the same time!   • Claire is absolutely amazing! I reached out after I could barely walk due to a disc problem, I was doing physio but after the pain came back, I knew I had to try something else to help improve and prevent it. I spoke to Claire and had a 121 to go through Pilates basics, she was so knowledgeable and lovely, I decided to try block lessons of once a week. Although the hall lessons are 10-12 people, you still get that individual support on posture and exercises, and Claire tweaks the exercises depending on your condition. I’ve been doing the classes for 8 weeks now and I’m so happy with my results! The pain has gone away and I’m finally able to do everyday things I couldn’t do before! I would 100% recommend Claire
