Group Mat Classes are held at Delamere and Kelsall.

Offering high-quality instruction with a detailed approach, classes are fun and inviting with each person getting individual attention where needed.
Modifications are given as needed to each client.

The equipment is changed every 6 to 8 weeks keeping the classes varied and fun we focus on tapping into different muscles groups and creating inner strength and a sense of well-being , lateral breathing is a huge part of de stressing and connecting mind to body , a whole hour of focusing on just yourself ,improving posture and overall strength and flexibility are just some of the things CG Pilates classes will help you with.

PRICING​

MAT Classes are £11 per class, to be booked in 4 week blocks at £44. If you miss a class within the block, you can choose from 11 others with no time limit.

Group MAT Classes take place at Unit 7 Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre.
