My Credentials
I'm extremely passionate about Pilates and always strive to give my clients the best results possible, often life-changing results. To do this I have invested in hundreds of hours of training in Pilates, across a range of specialities.
Some of my credentials include:
Level 3 MAT Pilates
Level 4 Lower back pain
In addition to the above, I have expertise in GP ex-referral clients, Reformer, and Barre Pilates, as well as a range of specialist APPI qualifications.

APPI Qualifications
APPI is now firmly established as a world leader in Pilates training. I am pleased to hold the following APPI credentials:
APPI Pilates for Healthy hips
APPI Pilates for Scoliosis
APPI Pilates for Hypermobility
APPI Pilates for Shoulder rehab
Areas of expertise
Level 3 MAT Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this qualification covers the entire range of 34 exercises that were created as part of his original repertoire, plus the skills required to adapt, modify and progress each exercise to suit individual abilities or teach at an advanced level.
Level 4 Lower Back Pilates
This is a specialist advanced lower back pain qualification, allowing me to use clinically proven strategies for managing low back pain conditions to help my clients to live a more pain-free lifestyle. This qualification enables me to plan, conduct and review programmes to address the needs of clients with low back pain.
GP Ex Referrals
To enable clients to safely exercise in my Pilates classes I have specialist knowledge, to support people living with a range of long-term (chronic) medical conditions. Including: Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Joint replacement surgery, Hypertension hypercholesterolemia, Obesity, Diabetes & Mental health conditions.
Reformer
This qualification enables me to deliver a safe and effective Reformer class in any environment with knowledge of the mat work repertoire and an understanding of how to deliver both group and individual sessions on the Reformer.
Barre Pilates
Barre Pilates simplifies complex ballet techniques. combining them with Pilates principles to deliver a safe, effective, standing-flowing workout. Barre is a popular contemporary Pilates workout.
